How Safe Is This Process
“Sending my card in the mail seems unsafe” – Shipping your old card via USPS is highly secure. Remember, your old card originally came via mail.
“I’m worried my credit/debit card information will be stolen” – Our business is providing unique, high-quality custom engraved credit/debit cards, not stealing information. We garuntee that no card information is ever saved, simply transferred. If for any reason your card inforamtion is compromized during the shipping process, Titan Credit Card will cover the fees incured having to replace your card with your bank.
“I dont feel comforatable providing my PIN” – You don’t have to! We don’t require any other information from your card other than the card information that is shown.
What Can Be Customized
Everything on your new metal card can be customized! We reccomend at least adding your card number (front or back), experation date, and ccv number to have readily availble for making online purchases.
Names – while you can choose to have a custom name added (or none at all), there is a chance the location you are making a purchase at will ask for your ID before accepting payment. In our experience (and I’m sure also yours), rarely will you be asked for your ID to confirm the names match.
Will The Tap to Pay Feature Still Work
Unfortunately, transferring the EMV Chip to your new metal card will disable the tap to pay feature.
You will still be able to use the chip and swipe as payment methods.
Luckily most cell phones have the ability to add your card for the tap to pay feature.vv
Warranty and Insurance
Each card purchased comes with a warranty, valid for 30 days after recieving. This covers card defects such as but not limited to the magnetic stripe is damaged, EMV chip falls off. Each card is expertly desgined so warranty replacements are extremely rare.
